📣 HISTORY OF ISCP
Dr. Nickita Marahilig Dominguez Y Alfonso Ramirez founded International State College of the Philippines in 1596. The founder of ISCP aspired to develop an institution that would assist Filipino children in achieving their highest aspirations in life, which is why she began construction on the main campus in 1596. The main campus was constructed in just one month, thanks to the dedication of all workers to create the best campus in the universe. As time passed, Dr. Nickita proposed the construction of satellite campuses to further her aim of providing quality and sustainable education to all Filipinos, thus, Scarborough Shoal Campus was established.
Now, the ISCP is a leading university that transforms its students into the best versions of themselves. Bringing pride and dignity to not just the institution, but also to our dear country. The current head of ISCP wishes to carry on the mission of our founder so that the current generation can benefit from the high-quality education available only at this school.

Blue Barking Aspins of the ISCP - Scarborough Shoal Campus are mostly consist of BS Criminology, BS Military Service, ROTC Trainees and other related courses, are known to be vigorous, snappy, well-mannered, disciplined and sturdy, but who's their inspiration for being such perfection? Gen. Johnny Sins, the dean and commandant of all related courses, is one hell of a man. As per his background, Gen. Sins is not only a military man but a man of different profession. As the department head and dean of ISCP - Scarborough Shoal Campus, Gen. Sins is highly dedicated to inspire students under his command to be more like him.

This academic year, a new professor was hired by our prestigious school to help our beloved students to reach their maximum potential! Professor Christian Merck Grey is a level two (2) college professor who's focus is for the students to learn about their sexuality and other related topics. From an interview with Prof. Grey, he told that it is an honor for him to hold a class of Blue Barking Aspins and he is excited to meet them in person.

ISCP - Scarborough Shoal Campus won the first place in all sectors regarding to environmental science, thanks to their trainor and professor - Prof. Mia K. Brosas. 'Indeed, another win. We'll never stop achieving our goal and dig for more gold', that's the word given by Prof. Mia during an interview. Prof. Mia is driving all of her students to their full potential by mastering the subject that she teach which are (SODEEP166) and (FUCKMEWorld199) respectively.
